As a board certified criminal defense attorney for trial and appeal cases in state and federal court, I have committed my career solely to the practice of criminal defense law in Houston.

I am proud to say I have never prosecuted any individual for the government. On the contrary, I’ve represented and fought to protect those people accused of committing crimes against the government.

I believe that every individual accused of a crime deserves the best defense available to him or her. Furthermore, I believe that without a passionate advocate protecting an accused, they will needlessly suffer at the mercy of an unfair and oppressive prosecution. There is no need for individuals who face criminal charges to give in hopelessly regardless of the size, power, and status of the accuser.
